Dr. Steven R Sacks, DO

Seriously the worst experience ever! No compassion/ not interested in hearing your thoughts symptoms or concerns! Needs to retire! Miserable person! Read the bad reviews they are exactly what I experienced good reviews must be family! Stay way there are many other compassionate Dr’s to chose from!

Absolutely incompetent staff. My father, an established patient, was in the hospital for gastro issues. Dr Sacks refused to come to the hospital for a "consult" because he didn't do "consults", My dad was an established patient. The tests results from Dr Sacks were not sent to the hospital until late in the day despite having been asked 3 times. The office manager thinks it's a pretty funny thing to be told that Dr Sacks refused to come because he goes to the hospital "a lot". Unfortunately, my dad died, not because of them necessarily, but they did not help at all. Save yourself the bad results you will get from these people. There are other,way more compassionate & excellent doctors, available.

Dr. Sacks is an excellent doctor. He diagnosed my health issue. It is very unfortunate that the personnel working in his office do not follow-up with the patient. I had a test done, which came out to be positive. I found out because I checked the patient portal. I never received a courtesy call to let me know my test results. I left numerous messages to his assistant and did not get back to me promptly. A few days later my pharmacy notified me that I had prescriptions called in. So I'm figuring out it's because of my test?? Maybe their patients are not valuable to them or they don't need more business.

Hit the magic age of 50 and it was time for THE check up we should all have at that age. Staff was great, Dr Sacks has great bedside manner and quickly put me at ease. Everything was explained properly and went as according to plan. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Sacks has a wonderful bedside manner. He is easy to talk to and has a good sense of humor. He is a good listener and truly cares about his patients.

The attention in the office is terrible, even if you are ill, and call the office, they wont answer...

Dr. Sacks is a very responsible and hard working doctor. He works hard to heal your problems.

Just had my colonoscopy yesterday and came out feeling good. Dr. Sacks comes by before and after. A report is handed to me. Great info and staff. Thanks Doc.

I wish he was my doctor in all aspects. He puts me at ease and takes the time to listen to my issues.
