checked many websites for vericose veins...Dr. Schaeffer's procedure seemed to be the least intrusive. Dr. Schaeffer gave a free consultation....very detailed and down to earth. Received a number of treatments....very little pain (more like an ache)….was able to continue my daily routine....in a few weeks no more vericose veins. The staff, Karen and Gail were so nice and made me feel very comfortable. If you have vericose veins see Dr. Schaeffer. I'm sure you'll come away as pleased as I was …...Jay McC.

I think Dr. Schaeffer and assistant, Karen, are great. They have always been courteous and caring. I am able to get an appointment and be seen within a short time after calling with a medical concern. I would recommend going to this office without hesitation.

Recently moved to town and looking for a new doctor. When i thought that finally found one, i learned they dont like to take calls from anyone. So patients are required to leave messages and then for someone named Karen calls you back within 24 hours. What bothered me the most was not only how rude and disrespectful this person was but Dr Scaheffer seems to condone it. Never going back. Terrible experience !!

I called and left an appointment after having respiratory stress from what I believed was bronchitis. I was given an appointment for that same day. I arrived 15 minutes early and was in the room within 10 minutes (still 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment). The doctor was in to see me in under five minutes (still technically before my actual appointment time.) He spoke with me, examined me, and diagnosed me. He was very thorough and kind and not intimidating at all. The office staff was so sweet and friendly. A very clean facility. I enjoyed the Dr. Gupta videos in the waiting room (even though I hardly waited at all.) Highly recommended.

Staff was very nice. Gail the nurse is very sweet and informative. Doctor is very nice and thorough..

There has never been a time that he was not available to see me. Thank you Dr. Schaeffer.

My experience at Dr. Schaeffer's office was not a very pleasant one. I had to take my mother for an appointment and from the moment we stepped into the office the first assistant to "assist" us requested payment without even a greet. She was very rude up until I handed my credit card. Once we finally stepped into a room, my mother's phone rang as the doctor was stepping in and another rude assistant simply walked in and told my mother "shut off your phone, we're supposed to tell you at the front." And stepped out. There was absolutely no hospitality whatsoever. You'd think that visiting a doctor's office would consist of kind people. There absolutely were none there.

He was absolutely excellent. Guided me on taking care of my diabetes.

Awesome Dr. with an awesome staff. Has been my Dr. for at least 10 years and would never switch. Compassionate!
