Dr. Steven John Schulz, MD

Best & only Dr I had for almost 7 years. It's a shame what they did to him. Mayo's loss of a Dr that sensitive to others is a loss that they will never truly grasp but his patients do. I hope he's ridiculously happy raising his son, daughters, spending time with his incredibly loving & understanding wife while doing his much neglected woodworking & getting used to some seriously overdue freetime. He's an amazing Dr, yet the person he is, if u take the time to get to know him, is not only amazing, but kind, sensitive to others, capable of empathy almost to a fault, fascinating & his sense of humor rocks! I had been blessed for years to have him as my physician. I'm a better person for knowing him. Unfortunately for me, my standards for medical care are quite high now. I've been disappointed in the substandard physician's that I've had to endure since his basically forced dismissal. I sincerely hope I'm not forced to find healthcare elsewhere. Something I'm grateful to have learned… from this insightful man is that no man has ever gotten to the end of his life & wished that he'd have worked more. I'll bet he's an awesome stay-at-home Dad!
