Dr. Steven Michael Sherman, MD

Says "no appointment needed" but completely untrue. They don't take same day emergencies and you can expect to have a better relationship with an urgi enter than this office. Dr. Sherman is always in a rush to leave the room barely discussing your medical needs, doesn't inquire if you need refill of meds and doesn't bother to discuss education of your illness.

It has been virtually impossible to schedule an appointment with him in the past 5 years since I have been his patient. Wait times have been as much as 6 weeks to see any doctor in the practice. The office staff is rude and unhelpful. I suspect that billings are being inflated -- I was told that I needed to have new bloodwork before I could see a doctor because it had been 2 years since my last visit. I had received no followups during that time.

the front desk staff is very very rude!!!!! Rude, curt and no patience; never gives messages; just rude all around. The administrator Mr. Fran Tlantemoli covers for his staff regardless if lift or death matter!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM ASPEN MEDICAL IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE!!!!!!
