Dr. Steven Keith Snyder, MD

I was experiencing symptoms of severe dry eye and in a lot of pain. My regular ophthalmologist couldn't fit me in. So I asked a coworker for a recommendation. She spoke very highly of Dr. Snyder and his team. They worked me into a same day amount and got me in and out of the office. Dr. Snyder has a great personality and was very thorough in his explanations, diagnosis, and the treatment options available to me. The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I felt right at home like I was chatting with friends instead of being a patient. My work and school schedule plus my age really took part in Dr. Snyder's recommendations. The staff and doctor had such an easy banter and multiple staff members told me how happy they are to work there. It was very obvious and so nice to hear. I decided to go with punctal plugs. Dr. Snyder took precise measurements and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. He also took the time to explain the billing and insurance aspects. I'm in good… hands there and was extremely pleased. I can't wait to go back for a follow up. It's so nice to see a doctor that is knowledgeable in all departments and clearly appreciates his staff and patients

I have been taking my daughter there for about a year now and in that time he has made a lot of progress with her alignment. My daughter adores Dr.Snyder and his assistant. They are all so good to her and it means the world to me that they take the time to build a relationship with her. They gave us samples for things we needed numerous times and I'm so grateful for them. I highly recommend him

I remember breaking down in tears when Dr Snyder told me that I had glaucoma. He stayed with me until I calmed down & then taught me about glaucoma and the medical and pharmacologic advances available. I have been seeing him every 3-4 months ever since then. This past summer he performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. I have occasionally seen others in his group & they are excellent as well. I highly recommend this group & Dr Snyder in particular

To me, he takes the time to listen and speak with you as the payient, but it feels rushed. I feel a lot of the time he hears me but he wants to hurry up and get to the next patient

I have been seeing Dr. Snyder for several years; he performed my first cataract surgery several years ago. He is a perfectionist and yet he is kind and caring--a gentle soul. Certainly someone you would want taking care of your eyes.

The customer service rep is quite unfriendly, and unprofessional. I was actually contacted the day before my surgery, and asked to reschedule for next week, with no explanation. The doctor seemed friendly, but the surgical procedure that was performed on my eye by him was very unsuccesful, and the problem came back more persistent than before. What shouls have been a simple procedure has cost me a great deal of pain, and inconvenience. Sorry, but I do not recommend this doctor or facility, and I will not be returning.

After having problems with my eyesight for 6 months that my optometrist could not correct, I visited Dr. Snyder for help. The office environment was not impressive but I found out that what they lack in "bells and whistles" they make up for on the care they give . Dr. Snyder spent quite a bit of time with me reviewing charts, asking me questions and running test after test. I had the sense that he really cared about my issue and was going to get the bottom of it no matter what. He recommended a course of treatment that was spot on. In addition, Dr. Snyderâ??s staff was also very professional and concerned about my care. They gave me samples for the products that I needed and advice on how to make improvements to my condition. I just had my second visit with Dr. Snyder. He stopped over while checking in to ask how I was doing. Again, he spent a good amount of time during my appointment asking questions and running tests. He found that the issues that were aggravated by my… optometrist's treatment plan have been 90% corrected. He also figured out that my prescription was completely inaccurate which aggravated my condition. If you ever need an eye specialist, I would highly recommend Dr. Snyder and his staff.
