Dr. Steven Anthony Swaldi, MD

Dr. Tony is a thoughtful doctor who gives the patient full attention. His backoffice can do with improvement. Sending prescription to my pharmacy or having my call returned in a timely manner, if I call a nurse are challenges that I have not had with my previous doctor.

I've been coming to this doctor for around 7 years now, and I've always been very pleased with him as well as with his staff. Dr. Swaldi seems kind and understanding as well as highly professional. I come to him for my annual checkups, and I was pleased to have him take over monitoring of my borderline high blood pressure -- this saved me from having additional costs and inconvenience since I don't need to visit a cardiologist each year. I've also gone in to Dr. Swaldi for simple flu treatment and sinus infections, or when I was otherwise not feeling well. I'm just very happy to find a doctor that's good for me and is also located right here near where I live in Coppell!

very disappointed with this staff and office and dr.swaldi I have been coming here for 6 yrs went to the doctor today for my precrips and get to the location to have them filled and they rejected it bc someone in the precrip dept has marked on it . so i call the doctors office bc you would think they would call me ' no" so spoke to someone about my precrip they just wrote me and said i am sorry but we cant authorize u medication .then why the heck did you precrib it ? its my regular meds . they took my copay and gave me nothing ?then what is the office visit for my i ask ?why did i go to waste my money ? no leaving this office poor judgment and they wont write or send my meds to the pharmacy horrible horrible . no investigation ?horrible day

Dr. Swaldi's whole office lends to a great experience! He is kind, accessible, and always gives you his time and full attention. My whole family has been seeing him for over 12 years and have nothing but great things to say about the whole staff!

Dr Swaldi squeezed me in the same day I called him, and I wasn't even a patient he had seen before. He took the time to really listen and understand what was going on. The office staff were great too!

Tony is a GREAT doctor. He is very knowledgeable but not afraid to get other opinions. He spends the time needed to communicate with the patient and properly diagnosis the problem. He is a very caring, compassionate doctor that is very tuned in to new medical findings and practices. He "KNOWS HIS STUFF !!!" . He also is well connected to other GREAT doctors.

good
