I recently had my gallbladder removed by Dr. Young, and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process went smoothly. Dr. Young's staff members are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and thorough with all of the administrative details and check-ins. Dr. Young himself is highly professional, listens attentively, and treats his patients with genuine care. He gave me excellent information about the procedure, including clear post-op instructions and guidance on what foods to avoid. At my 3-week post-op checkup today, he removed my steri-strips, and the incision site is healing so beautifully that it is barely even visible! He is keeping my safety a top priority by reminding me to avoid heavy lifting for another two weeks to ensure fully healed internal muscles. If you want a highly skilled surgeon and a wonderful, supportive staff, I highly recommend Dr. Young.

Performed hernia surgery on me about 2 weeks ago. He was very thorough in explaining the procedure he would be doing and the various things that had to be done pre-op and post-op. Had my post-op check today and I am feeling fine but he still explained what I should not be doing for the next 2 weeks.

Dr. Steven Young repaired two inguinal hernias for me. Three tiny slits in my belly, with minimal swelling. I felt like my old self in no time. A month after surgery, I can barely see the scars. Great bedside manner. Explained everything. I would recommend Dr. Young to my best friend!!

My wife has low vision so I wanted to post her review as she had three hernias and a gallstone removed all at the same time, and Dr. Young was absolutely fabulous from our initial visit, the entire surgery and procedure and his team and the follow up.
