The office staff says it all , from the minute you inter the door at the office you know what you are getting into . Outstanding service, they go above and beyond. I could not have picked a finer dr in Zoellner.

I had breast augmentation done by Dr. Zoellner six months ago and am very happy with the results. His staff is amazing! From the very beginning when I met with Gretchen she made things comfortable and spent time answering my questions. My husband was deployed at the time and Dr. Zoellner and Gretchen made themselves available to FaceTime with him while I was in the office for the consultation. We were able to see 3D images that helped me decide the size I wanted and Dr. Zoellner was very informative regarding the expected procedure and results. He has great bedside manners and provides very professional care. I highly recommend Dr. Zoellner!

I contemplated my surgical procedure for quite some time. I’m a worrisome person in general and constantly talked myself out of taking the next steps I needed to even complete a consultation with anyone! I decided to “doctor shop”, and came across great and consistent reviews from both Dr. Zoellner + one other surgeon in the same area. Around Christmas time last year, I finally made my rounds to meet with the both of them and make a move. Dr. Zoellner and his team blew me away. Janet greeted me very kindly at the door and soon, my husband and I were in a well decorated, soothing room to speak with Gretchen, the patient coordinator. She instantly made both of us feel so relaxed and welcomed. She answered the many questions I had without missing a beat. Soon, Dr. Zoellner entered with a smile, an elbow bump vs. a handshake (as sick season was in full swing!) and a pleasing disposition. I asked him many of the same questions as I did w/ Gretchen, and he answered each one with… great importance. His office provides 3D imagery, which helped my husband and I to obtain a better perspective of what the finished product would look like. My consultation lasted close to 1.5 hrs and I never felt rushed, pushed out the door, or otherwise. From consultation day to surgery day, all of the questions I’d forgotten to ask were answered with a simple phone call to Dr. Z’s office. All of my pre-op/post-op instructions were simply laid out. The nurses and anesthesiologist were all very professional and polite. Surgery day came and went with fantastic results. I am three months post-op and have NEVER felt better about my decision. Dr. Zoellner is, hands down, a GREAT plastic surgeon. Please, look no further!!

Not very many experienced doctors are present in their offices. It took 6 visits to get a prescription corrected. It cost me more than $500 and I still don't have a any glasses that I can use. When I complained and told them it cost me time, more than 5 months going back and forth for reexamination and every time they changed the prescription, they only offered to refund my $48 dollar initial visit, and yet I still am out of $450 . They did not care, that their customer had to put up with their incompetence for 5 months. I do not recommend them to anyone

dr. zoellner is an excellet plastic surgeon - he never goes "overboard" so you look like a freak

I couldn't be any more pleased with my experience and especially my results! I felt very at ease and well informed from my consultation and pre-op appointments with Dr. Zoellner. The extremely sweet staff took wonderful care of my family during my procedure. Dr. Zoellner took his time with me in all of the follow up appointments and I always felt he was happy to answer all of my questions.

Dr. Zoellner always takes time to answer all questions and was very thorough in explaining the procedures. He has great bed side manner and when calling after my procedure to ask questions he was always willing to answer my questions and never seemed hurried. GREAT DR!!!
