Dr. Allen is very knowledgeable and shows such care to his patients.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Allen's staff is rude, he ignores my questions, my pace maker is still not working effectively, my blood pressure has been so low recently I was told to go to the Emergency Room, the Doctor in the ER tells me I am on too many medications. After performing open heart surgery on me Dr Allen left town without leaving any Doctor's orders for my care while in the Hospital. I now have an appt. with a new cardiologist. Thank God!

Went to Dr. Allen for initial visit and several followup tests. Overall the office staff was efficient and friendly and Dr. Allen explained everything well and gave me my options. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because when I pay for each office visit at the time I'm there I almost always get an extra bill from Adventist Health saying I owe a little more. I don't know if it's an office problem or the billing dept but it's annoying. this isn't unique to this office it seems to happen often in medical field

Dr. Stewart Allen's staff are rude, unprofessional and irresponsible. They did NOT call me in advance regarding a stress test, time, location and procedures which said on the form the office staff mailed me. Fritz the office manager lied and tried to tell me a staff had called me. Dr. Allen's office made a big mistake and they did NOT accomodate me for a stress test. Therefore, I had to cancell a procedure with UCSF that I had made months in advance due to Dr. Stewart Allen and his office staff incompetance!!! I would give Dr. Allen a Zero!
