Very pleasant and kind staff, except the front receptionist. She never smiles and is not friendly. I wish she was like the rest of the staff. She is my only complaint.

He found my husband's cancer. He is one of the best doctors in Ohio.

I would not recommend this doctor. I suffered with multiple kidney stones and had to work around his numerous vacations. I was told by the ER and him that the one stone was too large to pass. I was scheduled for surgery only to receive a letter from his office canceling the pre-op and saying he would see me in 6 months.

Was very hesitant because I'd never had any kind of scope or surgery before. He went over everything he was doing thoroughly so that was a relief. Surgery went off without a hitch. Was a little disappointed that I never saw the Dr. before or (especially) right after the surgery to find out how it went; had to wait for the follow-up to ask how it went. Followups were rushed with him. His staff is PHENOMENAL!

i never got to see the doc at this practice always the nurse practioner and so i left the practice. i want to see the doc, i pay for this.

He is an amazing caring skilled physician.

1-His body language is poor. He slouches around like he doesn't really care and is on the job only because he has to.2-I had to go to the Emergency Room for a diagnosis & treatment because he was frustrated with the pain I was having after an in office procedure.

This doctor stuck a stint in even though he did not even see the kidney stone. The stint caused a week of pain and blood in urination for no reason. He then tried taking the stint out with just numbing gel on that particular area, could not take the pain of having a metal rod jammed in. The he has the nerve to say that most patients can't take the pain and that it had gotten farther that with most patients. He just tossed me the paper work he was supposed to read over with me and told me to read it on my own. The nurse spoke up then and went over all the information with me. He's just money hungry, he did things for no apparent reason. I've had to miss 3 weeks of work over something that should have been taken care of within a matter of days.
