Dr. Mohammad Nazir Hamoui, MD

I saw Dr. Hamoui the day after I was referred to him by my physician. The next day, I was in the OR for bladder cancer. He removed 4 tumors. I saw him frequently post op, then, yearly. I was never given a next appointment after my last one, as was usual. I was never called for another appt. I called the office 3 times for a UTI. Was told he was "across the street", and given no number to call. Am wondering what did he do with his current patients after retirement? He did great care when I was there, but then, dropped??? Is that a way to treat a cancer patient?

Yes, Dr. Hamoui's bedside manner needs improvement. However, his skills are top notch. As a two time cancer patient, I have seen his skill s at work. His previous staff came and went frequently. His current office and nursing staff are the best. Hope they stay with home .

I went to Doctor Hamouis office and he botched my surgery twice!!! I went into his office for a vasectomy, he attempted the in office one as most men do. After 45 minutes he failed and said I would have to be put under in a surgery center, so I did so 2 days later, once again I was botched and had such bad swelling from a bleed that he caused that my testicles were the size of a musk Mellon in 1 hour. So as any concerned patient would do I came into the office, where he made me wait over abhor to be checked out, an hour!! seriously. Then he told me to wait a month for the swelling to go down, and was very rude. A few day later I still felt very wrong so I called and was told it wasn't a month yet, still worried a week later I came into the office since I could not work for over 2 weeks and was worried. I was told to stop calling and do not come in at all. I have never been treated so rudely or disrespectfully as a paying customer in my life. read the reviews before… going to a doctor. I did and did not listen. HEED MY ADVICE!!! RUN

abusive dr negligent

He made me very comfortable and explained everything. All tests were done to rule out symptoms. I would recommend him to everyone. He is very professional and I have 100% confidence in his care. His staff is excellent and caring also.

The worst experience at a doctors office I or my fiance has ever had. She went in for an issue she has been having and Dr. Mohammed Hamoui was extremely rude. Attempting to demean her, question her pain, attack her integrity and even go as far as to disrespect her for not being currently employed. At this point my fiance decided she did not want to further the appointment and we left. The nurse was embarrassed and kept her head down the entire time she was in the room. Even before entering the room we heard him in the hallway verbally assaulting a nurse for something he didn't understand. When we were leaving he continued to be rude. I understand we all have bad days. This seems as though it is just who he is. I feel bad for the older patients that use this doctor because he obviously has no respect for women whatsoever, his patients, and his staff. I urge everyone to find a different urologist because this is not what anyone wants to deal with when going in to find answers and… solutions to medical issues.

Absolutely the biggest NIGHTMARE of my life from the front desk to the back and a office manager who is full of hate and spite!! I would tell anyone sick and needs to find a urologist to RUN RUN.

No bedside manners

I would strongly advise not to see this doctor. My husband had been seeing him and has since changed physicians. I have heard him speak in a abusive manner to his staff, which has changed mutliple times just and have also heard and have been spoken too in a very demeaning manner. You also are waiting forever. Once he finally does come in the room, he is in and out like a tornadoe, but will charge you a high level office visit. (Yes, I know how to read our insurance reports). I think his time is up and he should seriously consider retirement.

I think most of the front desk is not capable of working with patients, they can be very rude! Dr Hamoi does not have a very good bed side manner when it comes to patients, and there seems to be a turn around at the front desk.
