Excellent care given by all. The audiologist Tara was beyond professional and caring. MA Rose was wonderful and caring. I am thankful for the entire staff who worked with me.

Dr Ort listened carefully and diagnosed my ailment as benign positional vertigo. After using a positional technique and an ossilator (sp)? My terrible vertigo was gone. He was very patient and kind Thru out my visit I will be referring him to my friends and family .

My experience started with Barbara when I called the doctor only line in error. Instead of telling me “not my job” or “wrong department” she helped me with a same day appointment! From there it was efficient and pleasant check in and then the nurse had great feedback assuring me coming today was a good thing because Dr Ort will help you. Dr Ort was one of the nicest doctors I’ve encountered in a long time. Explained EVERYTHING. Listened and replied to all concerns, I even told him how great the staff are and how pleasant an experience this has been. This is the way to run a medical practice. I certainly felt cared for.

Dr Ort each time I had an appointment he would always ask do I have any questions and was very understanding and concerned of my fears and concerns. This was my first time to have this type of situation happen to me. And he was able to bring my hearing back 100% and I am eternally grateful for his knowledge of the ear and what to do.
