Dr. Stuart Porter, DO

I might as well not have shown up as long as I got paperwork in and answered the questions, which were given in about a 5 minute period. Dr Stuart may have looked me in the eye about three times over his laptop as he surmised why I was “un-well”. I’m curious how many patients Dr Porter sees in a day seeing as his schedule was mentioned with emphasis multiple times from multiple people. I had heard he pushes supplements but then also heard he was great so I went with an open mind. When I left I decided against all the many labs seeing as no one wanted to review them with me, perhaps the time to take would have been seen as unnecessary even though I expressed my desire to be informed I felt managed and produced on the way out there was a pharmaceutical rep standing around. I rarely leave negative reviews but this is the medical industry, and I believe people and I their bodies deserve a minimum standard of care as *individuals. But being there made me wonder if a timer started the… moment I walked in that door. >HOWEVER I think it’s important to know for yourself, so I’m not saying don’t go but if your gut says this isn’t for me there is no obligation to get labs and purchase supplements. *We are people with faces. We are more than paperwork and our bodies deserve the best care. Also a little human interaction wouldn’t hurt.

He is passionate about healing your body, not just offering you a prescription to mask a symptom. There have been multiple instances where Dr. Porter offered a solution to my health problem when no one else could. He cares and has lots of relevant experience in medicine and beyond.

Dr. Porter is very invested in his patients' health and in integrative medicine. He listens to my concerns and provides thoughtful ways to move forward with my health. He practices what he preaches too - I'm impressed by his love of exercise and diet. He has lots of experience in treating and diagnosing a variety of issues. The entire clinic is clearly passionate about what they do. I definitely recommend Dr. Porter!

Dr. Porter combines a wealth of knowledge and experience to get at the root of the problem, not just treating symptoms. Use of supplements to get back to optimal health is the best approach I have seen.

He convinced me to do a neurotransmitter test with NeuroScience inc. which I later found out was completely bogus and founded in bad science. They charged me $350 for falsified results! Dr Porter Is in it to scam you out of your money!

The services provided were just fine but we were told that these would be covered by insurance. We were very clear that we did not want to proceed if these were not covered by insurance. They even said they had checked to make sure. When all was said and done it turns out that insurance rejected their claims and then wanted to hold us responsible for the charges even after we had stipulated the conditions of our patronage. When we tried to discuss this they simply said it would be turned over to collections. Be careful.
