Dr. Stuart Alan Rubin, MD

I dread going back here, but I have no choice. He's rude and has no empathy whatsoever. He has one nurse which also, apparantly is the secretary, so if you call good luck getting someone to answer or return your call. 10 phone calls later and not one returned. And expect to be treated like crap if you have a tattoo.

Dr. Rubin is the rudest physician I have ever seen. He clearly doesn't like work comp patients and suggested I come back and use my own insurance.

Excellent, caring doctor. Takes his time with patients. Tries to understand their problem and devises optimal treatment plan.

I have had two spinal surgery's and still felt discomfort. Dr. Rubin was able to pinpoint where the problem was and I have been pain free for over a year.

Well, other then a wait time, I'd say the office visit was very pleasant.

The office were very friendly and welcoming, and took care of us while we waited

dr. rubin makes up for any lost time and helps make everyone feel number 1

I saw Dr Rubin several times and he opted to give me acupuncture in my knees. I was told each session would be $80.00 to which I agreed as I was in a lot of pain. Had three sessions which made no difference whatsoever so I decided against any more visits. I had already paid the $80.00 at each visit but then received an invoice for my regular co-pay for each visit as well. I cannot see why I have to pay co-pay when I have already paid for the acupuncture. I have seen several other doctors for injections etc and they only charge for the treatment not extra for co-pay. Would not go back there
