I don't know how to write a review.

I was referred to Dr. stuart townsend . personally he is very good . he does his job professionally . He makes me feel very comfortable on opening up about my problems . He listens and gives you advice on how to move about on getting better .

I noticed Townsend deleted my first review. I went there to schedule an appointment for grief counseling. Hospice was called in for my sister and I was very sad. Immediately the receptionist assumed I was suicidal and I was immediately told to see Dr Stewart Townsend. After a session of telling about my family history. I decided to leave because I had groceries in my car and never thought I'd be evaluated immediately. Townsend told me I was going to be escorted to the hospital for further evaluation. I told him I would be back with my husband. He chased me out into the parking lot saying I was going for additional evaluation. (he actually grabbed my arm.) Within minutes of arriving home 2 sheriff cars pulled up carrying handcuffs!!! (I'm 71 years old with dislocated collarbone and shoulders). Luckily my husband who is a volunteer chaplain at the jail knew the same deputies the officers knew and they allowed my husband to drive me to the psych. ward where I spent the night and was… released the next day after being evaluated by PROFESSIONALS. I believe *Dr* Townsend gets kickbacks from the hospital for each patient he refers. Based solely on my family history I was sent to the psych ward. My sister has since passed away into heaven where she is no longer exposed to these arrogant *Drs*. Shame on you Townsend!!! There should be a "NO" star review. Stay far away from this place.
