Dr. Stuart Mark Weinstein, MD

I’ve seen a number of physiatrists and related Spine specialist who all hold Dr. Weinstein in the highest regard. He has treated my rather complicated spine issues for over 15 years by providing sound testing, diagnosis, and advice. On one occasion, he caught a potentially dangerous condition on a scan, outside of his specialty, and went above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure immediate follow up. I trust him completely.

Arrogant. Uninterested and even with the technology at Harborview at his fingertips is unwilling to actually find out the source of your pain. Do not waste your time. Refused to even ascertain that I could have a specific condition as in his words, "it's TOO rare." Don't waste your time with this guy. He really should retire as he's not at all interested in helping people. BTW...I DID have that RARE condition and was treated by amazing doctors in Texas!

Harborview has a great rating overall , which is why I chose to see this physician , as his specialty correlated with my injury. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Rushed exams, not a good listener, and worst of all: wrong diagnosis. For the money charged for these visits...astonishing actually. Was able to find better care elsewhere.
