Dr. Su Wooi Teoh, MD

Although Dr Teoh ordered a MRA and MRV, I had to call twice to get the staff to set them up. After the MRA and MRV at Annie Penn, I was told Dr Teoh would call me with the results soon. A week passed and I had to call the Greensboro office to find out the results. The results were in but that Dr Teoh had not read them. I called the following week and the staff member said she left a message on my cell phone with the results. Oh no, that was NOT the case. After I checked my phone long, it was I who called the office, not her with the results. I smell a rat!

Wait times are excessive (more than 35 minutes). Fee structure is not properly administered by the staff. Post surgical fees are charged when they shouldn’t be. Office Manager responses (Heather) were very disappointing. Office does not respect your time, expecting patients to wait with no updates and no justification.

he did this thing where he looked up my nose with a scope. It took about 30 seconds. I specifically asked if this was covered as part of the office visit. He said it was. That nose scope was inconclusive and I ended up getting a $200 bill for that 30 second procedure, which wasn't covered as part of the office visit. He then prescribed some medication that not only didn't help but interacted poorly with an existing medical condition. I would have been better off putting $300 in a pile and lighting it on fire.

Very compassionate, understanding and caring doctor. Allowed me to have the much needed ventalation tubes. A true blessing

Very attentive and warm doctor, nurses, and staff. Dr. Teoh explained everything thoroughly. No waiting and easy to get an appointment. Great job on my minor surgery.
