What can I say, he saved my life. I have adenocarcinoma stage 4, with Mets to my brain. Ten years later I am still alive and thankful for all he and his wonderful staff have done for me.

I have a history of end-stage cancer with significant chance of recurrence. Presented to Dr Bi with complain of unintended 20% weight loss over prior 7 months. He totally refused to order appropriate tests to rule out cancer as a source of weight loss. Also said he could not confirm how much weight I had lost. I told to confirm with my primary care doctor. He stated that he would not comply with my request. Saw a different oncologist who was in touch with reality and he ordered a stat PET scan. He contact me and said I will have to start chemotherapy soon. If you want to die more painfully and much faster than acceptable then go see the psychopathic Dr. Bi.

Dr.Bi is probably one of the most intelligent and up-to-date doctors in his field. While he always explains, in terms you can understand, treatment and diagnoses, he also does not give up when treating cancer-he gives you hope and compassion. His staff is the same, they treat you like a person, not a diagnoses. I would recommend Dr Bi and his staff to anyone who has cancer.

You are just a number in this office. Dr. Bi has no compassion for his patients. I am stage IV cancer and even after he admitted he didn't know how to treat my disease, he refused to refer me to a doctor experienced with my type of cancer. He shrugged off questions and often changed information that he had given before.

Did not answer questions, just stated "This is an excellent question" and proceeded with his chart sales pitch, talking about things that I already knew. Was adament against any nutritional changes or approach in conjunction with traditional cancer treatments. Started playing the scare card when I started questioning him about side effects, absolute cure rates and his personal record of cure. Did not want to provide references to previous patients. Very poor bedside manners and as uncaring as his staff.
