Dr. Athni has helped me tremendously in coping with issues related to trauma. He is very knowledgeable in his field, and has provided great advice in terms of how to deal with my present condition.

After seeing five previous neurologists and two were at prestigious hospitals, they came up without answers. Dr. Athni did the right tests, provided answers, and has saved my life in so many ways. I can’t thank him and his office staff enough. Very thorough and detail oriented, this neurologist hasn’t forgotten why he got into neurology in the beginning and still enjoys a good puzzle. Each patient presents different and we are all a new puzzle for him to figure out. Tired of no answers? Look no further!

I’ve been a puzzle for over 2 years and Dr. Athni was the sixth neurologist I was referred to. He solved my puzzle and has been a blessing to me. I’m so grateful for him and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a neurologist. Dr. Athni hasn’t forgotten what led him to neurology and each patient is a different puzzle. Bonus is that his office staff is wonderful and that makes appointments to his office that much more pleasant.

Very good, thorough doctor but refuses to fill out FMLA or disability papers. Does not have hospital privileges so you are at the mercy of whoever takes your case when you are hospitalized.

Misdiagnosed my mother with MS and pushed this new, really expensive medication on her that she had no business taking. No doubt he is receiving bonuses from these pharmaceutical companies to push these medications on people who don't need them. Beware.

I was misdiagnosed by this dr athni. He told me I had MS which I did not. Totally disappointed and waste of time.

Doesn’t deserve one star but had to put something. If you are a veteran don’t see dr Athni, he will put you off forever- if he ever sees you. He treats veterans poorly, should be reported! Stay far away from this whacko.
