Dr. Sue Anne Meyer, MD

Don't ever go to this doctor! She doesn't listen, has her own agenda when she comes in the room. She is all about the money, she'll have you schedule several appointments because she wants to bill you for each issue separately. She interrupts you and flat out had horrible bedside manners.

If you want a doctor that will listen to you do NOT go to Dr. Meyer! She doesn't listen! She comes in with her own agenda! She's rude and dismissive! Pathetic excuse for a doctor!

I have found Dr. Meyer to be thorough, professional, and kind. She has been incredibly responsive to questions I have sent her via the UCHealth portal. In fact, she called me 2 times this week. She has also been very helpful to friends I have referred to her with complex medical problems. I have been happy to find a doctor who is rooted in the community, after having had one doctor or PA after another see me a couple of times and then transfer elsewhere. I think continuity results in better care.

If I could give her zero stars, I would! After reading about Dr Meyer's specialities, and rave reviews, I was anxious to meet her as I am looking for a new primary care doctor. I had my medical history written down, along with questions I wanted to ask; get to know the doctor, and see if we would be a good fit. I never got to talk about my medical history, since she never got past one diagnosis out of at least 10 serious ones: bi-polar disorder! It was worse than the dark ages of psychiatry 30 years ago: that is all she would talk about, she kept and assuring me she would not prescribe psych meds,when I had no intention of asking her to. She did not listen to the few comments I did manage to get in. The only question I got in was : how would you manage keeping track of records from the many specialists I see within and outside UC Health?; she did not answer this question, but again turned the conversation back to not managing my psych drugs. She did not ask me about my other… diagnoses or treatments, just wanted to do blood work right away before she even knew what blood work she was doing or why. I was told the appointment would be 1-2 hours and it was over in less than 15 minutes. It wasn't like she had other patients waiting because she spent 10 minutes talking to the front desk receptionists when we were finished (HA! She might have been finished, but I didn't even have a chance to begin , but now I AM finished FOR GOOD!. I would not go to this doctor if I were dying, and she was the only doctor on earth!

The most unprofessional and unfriendly MD I've ever encountered. She was quick to advise without listening to any of my background or concerns- was apparent she was in a hurry to have her lunch break. Poor: listening skills, analytical skills. The office staff are highly unprofessional and unfriendly, complaining openly about patients. I will never go back again.

this dr is phony and 2 faced cant be trusted to do right by her patients find another dr if u can

She was awesome - supportive, helpful, attentive!

She refused to send me to a specialist for my problems, though I kept asking her to send me for further tests. I was struggling daily with what ranged from discomfort to burning, stabbing, pains, and constant gurgling noises. She said I drank too much water at night, and insisted I had IBS, and there was nothing I could do about it but keep a food journal. She got a little angry I kept asking to be sent to a specialist. She said, and I quote, "we don't run tests just to see what we will find. We run tests when we think we will find something. And I think you have IBS." After acquiring insurance, I since had actual medical care with a specialist, and I actually had an epigastric hernia, GERD, and CIC, all of which are currently being treated.
