Worse Doctor Ever!

3 hours wait time with 5 min consultation. She keeps adding med over med and referring to all specialists she knows

Every visit you have to tell your entire history over again. She's types more then she looks at you. Which makes you feel thorough but then she repeats it every visit.

Please read other low star reviews, of which I am adding my own: 60 minute wait time for appointment. Wasted time in appointment with irrelevant discussion. Office staff dishonest and misleading to patients when they call in to inquire of wait time - told doctor was on schedule when she clearly was not. Office staff leaves before appointments are done for the day, leaving many holes in what would be considered normal procedure in other professional settings. Office hours stated on website hours are inconsistent with actual office hours, therefore messages left, drop off of paperwork, etc are not handled in a timely way. Went to office during stated office hours and used instructions on door but she did not answer door despite repeated knocking, calling, leaving messages as instructions stated. Charges extra for reading through support notes and detailed history. A very poor first and last appointment.

Patient of Dr. Romanick's for 8 years. I stood by her all that time despite her inability to be on time ( never, ever, even if you have the 1st appointment of the day), her discontinuing accepting insurance PERIOD, her refusal to deal with phone calls between appts for things like medication questions, etc. ( like all other doctors do). I left my last visit making the decision it would be the last one. Once again, first appt of the day yet she was 40 minutes late. Spent too much time on unnecessary discussions while she types everything on her laptop THEN charged me for over-time because it went into the next patient's time! (an extra $300 on top of $275 already paid). I guess over those 8 years my time wasn't worth anything while I was sitting in an office waiting up to 2 hours for her? Being on time is all of a sudden an issue there? For 8 years she kept me waiting while she went into MY time but apparently that didn't matter ? When a doctor decides they're not going to… take insurance they're now in a business where SERVICE really matters. After standing by her for 8 years, this is being treated no better than how we are by the insurance companies.

A doctor that actually cares and wants to help you. Dr Romanick has not caved to the horrendous conditions of medical care that we all are so sadly being forced to accept. Well educated and thorough. Unbelievable attention and care. My health is Much improved with her diagnosis and treatment. First doctor in years that even cared enough to figure out what was going on. Plan a little extra time when you see her and get the level of care you deserve.

My last appointment was a 2hr. 15 minute wait. There is just no excuse. And every time I'm there it's a new front desk person. Being the first appointment of the morning doesn't make a difference. She's seldom there by the time the clinic opens. Always some personal excuse. Get your personal things taken care of on days when the clinic is closed. So, back to this 2.5 hour wait. I was told there were some complicated "first appointments" before me. So do what other offices do! --- Schedule more time for your first appointments! Adding to all this she no longer takes your insurance. She won't deal with it.

I've been seeing Dr. Romanick for 5 years every 3 months. Why the low rating yet I still keep seeing her? Just because I don't want to go through the hassle of changing doctors and transferring my records and prescriptions. I can count on one hand how many times I didn't have to wait at least an hour. Even when I book the first appointment of the day she's late. There's just no excuse for that. Put your practice first over other things you have to do. And if ANYTHING happens between appointments like you're having a problem getting a prescription filled you can forget it. Dr. Romanick will only talk to you or deal with anything at your appointments.

was like pulling teeth trying to reach someone to talk with when calling to schedule my appointment, I had to call multiple times before anyone answered the phone - no voice mail. After finally making an appointment I arrived early as requested to fill out paper work. The dr was over an hour late seeing me, my appointment was for 1:30, she saw me close to 3 in the afternoon. When asked why the delay she got confrontational with me and suggested I talk with a psyciatrist. I was shocked and stunned. From that moment on I never made a follow up appointment with her. Never paid the bill either.

I had to wait over an hour the two times I went to the clinic, and Dr. Romanic could not satisfactorily explain why my symptoms gave her reason to diagnose me as she did. That is why I rate my experience so poorly. On the other hand I really liked her - very spunky and intelligent, but it would not be worth a third visit - I went to another clinic.
