I would give -0- stars but the lowest option is 1 star! The review game is funny because the Dr's office calls people to leave reviews. Very rarely do you get an honest review. I encourage people to leave reviews because if we had read a review like this one we would have never taken her to this office!!! My mother in law has been diagnosed with dementia/ alzheimers. We brought her in to see the Dr's at this office. She had labs done and once we went in for them to read the results they said we forgot 3 important labs she needs. We took her back to the lab again. Its been 19 days and still no lab results. We called the lab and they don't answer its a recording saying call your Drs office. We call the Dr. office and they keep saying we cant see her until we get the lab results. No one is trying to help. No one at that office seems to know anything. When you are dealing with an illness like this, its imperative that you trust your Dr's. office. At this time we have lost all trust.… My mother in laws condition is really bad and we are not experts and really needed professional help.....isn't that why we go to a specialist? Once we found out that the lab sent the results back we called the Dr's office and they were still saying they didn't have them. How can you just let a family go through this? We left messages for one of the Dr's to call us back.... That was 3 days ago. Why is no one concerned? Our health care here is so bad! Dr's. Don't care! If anyone reads this and your family member has dementia/alzheimers please don't bring them to this Dr's office. We have several family members dealing with my mother in law and we need answers so we can get her help. This is an awful illness and I don't wish this on anyone. This office is so unprofessional!! I very rarely leave review but I felt i needed to leave this one. This is our loved one and we feel very helpless. Hope this helps!

I have always been given nothing but the best service from Dr Yu. She is knowledgeable and kinda funny ??. She makes me relax during my exam.

Dr. Yu was so thorough and caring with my late husband, who had Parkinson’s Disease. I would highly recommend her.

Definitely the ultimate professional

She needs to fire all of her staff!! They are more concerned about being on their phones than to deal with the patients!!!! They wouldn’t last 30 minutes at our company before they are sent packing!! UNREAL!

Dr Yu spent much time explaining my condition, I never felt rushed and am confident in her and her treatment plan. Her staff is efficient, kind and welcoming.

Doctor Yu was professional and gentle. A very positive experience.

I was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease 7 years ago. My condition has not only not worsened, I am doing much better than when I first saw her. I have done everything she ever told me to do. My advice - do what she says!
