Dr. Sultana J Afrooz, DO

I was treated for Lyme Disease by Dr. Afrooz for about a year. It was a total waste of time and money with no improvement whatsoever in my symptoms. All she did was pump me full of drugs, homeopathics, and antibiotics, first orally and then through a PICC line, without truly diagnosing me as to whether I had Lyme or not. She does not return calls and the office is extremely disorganized.

Terrible office; no organization, confusion and dishonesty

I attended her yesterday, spent almost three hours to note down my case, and no complaint about the time, unlike the other doctors where time budget is always 15 min max. It is too early to comments about the treatment but time-wise, she is the best.

Worst doctor I have ever seen. Unresponsive to calls, messages, and doesn't respond to communication from patient. It was a rip off to see Dr. Afrooz, she in unreachable. Office can never be reached for weeks!! Totally ridiculous. I found a doctor worth the time and money to see and it wasn't Dr. Afrooz. Please do yourself a favor and spare your health from worsening dealing with this stressful doctor. Stay away!

I love Dr Afrooz. She saved my life and got me back on my feet again! Lyme treatment is very individualized and she takes the time with every patient to make those determinations. Unheard of now in today’s world of medicine . She is wonderful, compassionate and helpful.

I love Dr A so much. She has been a life savior for me. I was deathly ill when I first met her 3yrs ago and she knew exactly what it was. She said lets order test to be sure and they reassured us it was indeed Mold tox that was keeping my Lyme active. She is a kind hearted doctor witch is so hard to find these days. Dr Afrooz is a lifesaver. After over twenty years of struggling with Lyme and Coinfections I am getting treatment. I was seen by numerous doctors at University Hospitals and she is the one I needed. I now have hope after a stroke at age 36 from Lyme. I would recommend her to anyone with five stars.
