She is the best doctor ever.

Wanted to have Dr. A as my PCP even though I am not in JPS Network. She is on my Medicare Insurance Plan. But it took me 45 minutes to get to speak to someone, only to find out that they are not even at her office location. I asked what if I have an urgent situation and need to speak to someone at the office immediately. I was told that all communication goes through them and in an urgent situation, they would contact a nurse to call me back. But, I explained that I have a medical condition which makes it impossible for me to stay on hold for so long. She said that nothing else can be done. I then asked about an appointment and was told that there is nothing available till November, 2-1/2 to 3 months from now. Well, since I need an immediate appointment, Dr. A just won't be a fit for me. Shame.

Dr. Alturi, Became my doctor due to the doctor I had left JPS Network. Never the least, I also enjoyed Dr. Maria Asprilla. The thing about Dr. Alturi she a great listener, a caring doctor, and If she said she was going to do something, she always see it through.

Sumitha is my Primary Care Physician assigned to me through the JPS Health Network. She is very attentative and very thorough. I absolutely love this Doctor. She's very nice and it doesn't hurt that she's also VERY pretty. She always has time to address any concerns that I may have. I would highly recommend Dr. Sumitha Atluri. No regrets here!
