Dr. Sunaina Dowray, MD

Dr. Dowray is the best doctor I have had. She is very professional and thoughtful. She has excellent mannerisms and is a good listener. She takes the extra time to make sure she has covered everything.

Dr. Dowray has always been great at listening to my symptoms and using her expertise to explain why what I think it may be is or is not accurate. She also has reached out after appointments to check in and make sure all is well. Kaiser is lucky to have her

Dr Dowray lacks strong patient-to-doctor interpersonal skills. She is condescending in tone and does not actively “listen” to a patient’s concerns. She is passive aggressive and is quick to dismiss a patient’s thoughts. She exhibits no an inability to connect and understand as well as provide transparency or clarity given the circumstances. She is not receptive to feedback nor can apply feedback to enable future interactions for a more positive outcome. Shame on Dr Dowray for practicing the way she does. Unfortunate depiction of a “trusted medical ADVISOR”

She doesn't respond well to patients who are not online, She also is not super concerned about patients mental health. If you are online and have great mental health she may be the right doctor for you.
