As part of the New York Walk-in Medical Group conveniently located on 42nd and 8th (inside the Duane Reade)the service was prompt and efficient and the Dr Sunanda Chugh was very quick and responsive to my queries and diagnosing my issue and prescribing some medicine.Would highly reccomend.

Patients really need three things to feel better - for someone to understand how they're feeling, compassion and the tools to make him or her feel better.Dr. Chugh gives all three.I will preface this by saying that I am not a person who normally takes the time out to write an online review, but after four years of living in New York and dealing with doctors who treat you like a number in a waiting line, I feel like I should celebrate the fact that I found one good one.With a sinus infection on the 10-pain level scale, Dr. Chugh patiently addressed all my symptoms, didn't rush my appointment, asked poignant questions to make the proper diagnosis and even wrote down herself the remedies and steps needed for me to start feeling better - all with a caring and compassionate attitude. Needless to say I felt better before I even filled my prescription. I can only conclude that Dr. Chugh entered the medical profession for the right reasons - to help people.

I came in two weeks ago with severe dizziness after I was told that my regular doctor was unavailable to see me. I saw Dr. Chugh who was not only very caring, but she saw me right away and was able to diagnose my problem promptly and treat me accordingly. She also called me in a couple of days to make sure I was doing ok...something I did not expect, but appreciated very much so. I am very grateful to her and would love her to be my doctor!!!

I went into the walk-in clinic at the Duane Reade on 42nd and 8th after going to another store earlier in the day complaining about pain in my left tonsil and ear. After being checked in, the medical assistant ran a strep test. Dr Chugh explained the results and prescribed medicine. She explained my condition and gave me instructions that were clear and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this clinic and Dr Chugh.

I came in right at the doc's lunch break, but she put off her lunch to see me. She didn't question me too long about my symptoms - I have chronic problems, and was sure of what I had. She was super helpful, and gave me medicine for what I needed, and a conservative course for what I didn't. She is the best!

Dr. Chugh has excellent bedside manners. She was very patient with me in listening to everything first and then coming up with the right diagnosis. I will definitely recommend her to my friends.

I was a bit nervous about seeing a doctor working inside a Duane Reade but I must say I was very pleased with the overall experience and would definitely go back again if needed- this time without being nervous!Dr. Chugh was very friendly and explained what I had, some common causes, and a method of treatment.

Came in to the duane read clinic yesterday around lunch time. Delayed her lunch to take care of me. Easily diagnosed my problem, gave me the proper scripts and sent me on my way. What more could you ask?
