Dr. Sunbal Zamani Javaid, MD

Dr. Javaid was great with helping me through a lot of issues & deciding on a solution. I met with her in late Jan. 2015 at UC then 2 weeks later decided to schedule the procedure. I found out that she was leaving the practice to start her own. How rude & inconsiderate!!!! She could have told me before I met with her so I could decide what to do. That was very disrespectful & not the way a doctor should handle things. UC did a horrible job of handling it, I had to call them. They told me the only option was to go to West Chester, an hour away. Not a good option. Finally I was able to find a new UC doctor in the same location. The scheduling was very confusing, lack of communication & not very friendly & understanding nurses or administrative staff. So discouraging!!!!

i had difficulty getting an appointment for a procedure under general anesthesia. the day of the surgery dr. javaid was 2.5 hours late and offered no apologies or explanations. her bedside manner is very poor. i felt as if she had no concept of my schedule and the fact i had to rearrange my work schedule, arrange transportation to and from west chester hospital. very inconsiderate. would not recommend.

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Javaid last month. The wait time was 5 min max. I found Dr. Javaid to be caring and very relatable. I was ordered for an ultrasound to check out some existing cysts. Dr. Javaid phoned me herself with the results. All is good and will definitely be making her my preferred OB. Glad I went there.
