The doc is the sweetest guy. Too bad he has a staff member who is the complete opposite. Find another urologist unless you like arguing with staff.

HE WAS COMPASSIONATE AND THOROUGH. THE PATIENT IS A VERY DIFFICULT PERSON TO DEAL WITH YET HE FOUND DR JAY PLEASANT AND QUITE NICE TO WORK WITH. FELT VERY COMFORTABLE AND CONFIDENT IN THE DR'S DIAGNOSIS AND AFTER ARE.

the office staff is incompetent. don't expect any help from them if you need them to call you back on a question or handle a pre-authorization

i am not happy with Elizabeth, his nurse and the person who takes care of my FMLA forms as Ive been SO frustrated not get a proper FMLA forms to be filled out in order for me to get paid while I took care of my dad as I flew in from other state. They did filled out and faxed only because I was at the office. However, my HR needed more details since they didnt completed questionnaires such as how long my dad was hospitalized, what was the diagnosis, etc. They never ever return my calls or an email about the confusion they amissed question that is so simple to snswer the void. No compassion. Instructions for 2nd time were simple. I probably will lose my salary. However, I met Dr Jay with my dad and my extended family, he was great. Very DISAPPOINTED with the staff who could do the simplest task. Ive battled with getting no where for 3 weeks and deadline was given 2nd time due the next day

The Doctor is well experienced and he was very good at diagnosis. I went to couple of other urologist, before visiting Dr Jayachandran and they are of no use, as they were unable to diagnosis the issue. With his vast experience, he was able to narrow down quickly and advise accordingly. He was much friendly and answered all my questions without any hesitation. He spent enough time with me explaining the problem. Overall , he is great.
