Dr. Marzban Michael Hayyeri

Last time I saw the doctor, you did not take me seriously. Now I have been referred back to him for more problems. I hope this time he takes it a bit more seriously.

This is the rudest doctor I have ever seen I went to this doctor for help I had never seen him before he did know any thing about me. You see I'm really over weight and I know this, the meds I take have weight gain as a side affect and the first thing out of his mouth when he walked in the exam room was if you weren't obese you wouldn't have this problem my mouth droped, not even a hi hello how are you doing today but pure rudeness out of his mouth I was so shocked, my husband on the other hand blew up and gave him both barrels my husband has a month on him and at that moment I was glad, unfutionaly this doctor was the only doctor my insurance had so needless to say I didn't get my problem taken care of and waited for my insurance inrollment time so I could change insurance and I did. I would not recommend this doctor even to my worst enemies.

Has a good bedside manner, explains everything in a way that it is understandable.

Haven't been comfortable with this doctor since my old urologist retired and recommended this one. Can't put my finger on it but just don't feel like he's sincere and just goes through the motions.

I have been to a-few urologist and I love Dr. Hayyeri , Very professional, Great listener, and took care of my problem when the others could not figure out. It is worth waiting an hour for him.

We really like Dr. Hayyeri. His office staff is another story. When you see him, make sure you have a list of questions ready to ask him because if you need to call them for anything they WILL NOT return your call. We have called daily for WEEKS and can't get a call back. We get their voice mail that says they will call you back by the end of the day. They have yet to return one single call. Required pre-op paperwork was received 4 days BEFORE surgery. It was dated a week and half earlier and postmarked in Phoenix 2 days before we received it. The way the office staff treats patients I am truly surprised they have any patients at all. They are unprofessional and make their patients feel like a number. No one with a medical issue should be made to feel that way.

Dr was ER specialist that did not meet with me or communicate with hospital staff. He scheduled an invasive procedure without talking to me. Once we met on day of procedure he was rude and dismissive. He wouldn't explain his rational for choosing this procedure. I opted to change doctors and had a non-invasive procedure and Was home by the end of the day. The while exp was disturbing. No answers and waiting in limbo due to Hayyeri's lack is communication and coordination. Don't recommend

Dr. Hayyeri is an awful Md. This guy seen me for 4 maybe 5 minutes and then sent me out after he finished his paperwork, he didn't help me with my kidney stones at all...

Had 9 15 am app told to show early and did at 835am. Waited until 1045 then left couldn't wait any longer he was rude and made many excuses
