Dr. Sung Bae Jee, MD

I went in for a free yearly physical and was asked if there was any problems I was having. I told him I get heartburn frequently and was wondering if I could be prescribed omeprazole, like I had been in the past. He then went on a long rant about how acid reflux can and WILL lead to cancer, in an attempt to scare me, and informed me I should go get a test he recommended. I told him about the previous unexpected charges that I accured from a routine appointment from his office for headaches in excess of 450 dollars in the past and was not able to pay for anything not associated with the physcial. He assured me it would be included and printed me a form to bring to a seperate office to get the work done. I called the other office, just to make sure, and they said it was not included so I decided not to go through with it. I've come to find out he charged me for two appointments that day, my free physcial and 230 dollars for telling me I might have cancer and to go get a test I refused.… He is one of the most unethical doctors I have ever had in my entire life and I truly hope no one ever decides to give him a minute of their time, he will try to scare you in order to make money for himself. Absolutely pathetic.
