He was fantastic , wasn’t sure if I needed surgery and he informed me I would be fine with no surgery

I had multi-level spinal fusion surgery performed by Dr. Jeswani 9 months ago. At every appointment with Dr. Jeswani, (pre and post surgery) he demonstrated the upmost professionalism and care. One of the things I most appreciate about Dr. Jeswani is that he truly takes the time to listen and answer questions. I always have a list of questions at appointments and he sits down, looks me straight in the eye and answers each question thoughtfully and fully. He never appears rushed. At appointments, I truly feel that he is 100% focused on my case. He did an exceptional job on the surgery. My symptoms have resolved and the scar is virtually non-existent. He is an amazing neurosurgeon and I would recommend him to anyone I know of in need of neurosurgery. His clinical coordinator Carol is also absolutely wonderful. She is an excellent communicator and truly cares about patients in this practice.

Dr. Jeswani was kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my rather long story of pain and injury. The good doc also explained my issues better than the other four opinions I had been given in the previous two days. He’s top notch and I plan to use him for the two surgeries needed for my back. I am a 38 year old female who has been in chronic pain for over 10 months,. I waited 2 months to see Dr.Jeswani,. I had 60 pages of medical records including my personal notes,. I am unable to work and living in a trailer,. My husband and I drove 7 hours to see this dr,. I had family members praying and waiting to get at least some answers or guidance,. Dr.Jeswani walked into the room and IMMEDIATELY dismissed me, He simply said "no surgery" and didnt even give me a chance to share my notes,. Didnt even look at my records,. For a dr to specialize in nerves and not be able to give me any advice as to where my next step should be,. Not at all compassionate,. Had to twist his arm to get him to request a nerve test,. I left and fell to my knees in the parking lot,. Maybe I was just another number to him,. Not important at all,. Dr.Jeswani,. You broke my heart and crushed any hope I had,. You sir were not kind and caring,. Apparantly his time is far more precious than ours,. My 7 hour… drive in pain got me a in-sincere 10 minutes of his precious precious time,. Thank you for not caring about my life and for disrespecting my time and gas money,. You toon one look at me and said "nope,. I'm not helping you!" I have given up hope and at 38 I will spend my days in a recliner with a heat pad watching the world from a window,. If he cant operate on you,. He will dismiss you! I thought a neuro specialized in nerves,. I'll just keep googling since you could provide zero answers! Horrible and defeating experience

I have had a hard time walking and living with discomfort and pain in my lower back,hips and at times my legs in general. I was referred to Dr Jeswani by my primary care doctor. He is very thorough and explains things in layman terms so you understand. He takes the time to examine you answer all your questions. Generally cares about his patients. He is very humble in attitude which is so refreshing. I would highly recommend Dr Jeswani hands down.

We saw Dr. Jeswani after we requested a second opinion about a diagnosis from a neurologist. The first neurosurgeon we saw disagreed with the neurologist's diagnosis and was quick to dismiss my symptoms as being related. We asked for a second opinion and were referred to Dr. Jeswani who also is a neurosurgeon. Dr. Jeswani's opinion agreed with the first neurosurgeon we saw BUT he took the time to explain why he believed the first neurosurgeon was correct including taking the time to answer our "What If" questions, show us the MRI and doing a comprehensive examination. The neurologist and first neurosurgeon did no real examination, just asked questions. Dr. Jeswani's examination included numerous detailed questions and physical examination. Because of the sudden onset of my symptoms, he ordered a few tests to rule out any possibility of problems within my brain. He recommended that I see a "Good Neurologist" that didn't "Fixate on something that could not and did not have… anything to do with my symptoms".

Waiting time was less than 5 minutes. He review my MRI and went over my options
