I was misdiagnosed with psychosomatic delusions (hypochondria) by Mehta, now as a result I have multiple disabilities and chronic pain, I wish I never went to him

rude. does not care about patients. zero compassion.

Never again. Worst doctor ever. He was late for my appt. Does not listen. Too busy typing on his computer I have gotten me another doctor.

One of the worst experiences in my life. One visit I had to wait 90 minutes to be seen (shame on me for waiting, but I needed to be seen). He kept trying to push me to take anti depressants and I have cervical spine dysfunction. I'm not depressed, I'm in pain! I do not recommend this poor excuse for a doctor. For bedside manner, wish I didn't even have to select a star - his bedside manner is non-existent.

At our first appointment with Dr. Mehta I was a little blown away with his diagnosis of my mother. He was very matter of fact, but I appreciate that. There is no way to sugar coat some things. However, throughout our next appointment he was very thorough and offered other testing to further verify his suspicions. He talked of treatments and options for our family to look into. He is great in my opinion.

After reading all the negative reviews on this site for Dr. Mehta, I went into my appointment a bit apprehensive. I am happy to say that I was very pleased with my visit. The doctor answered all of my questions, was very personable, and I feel we might finally have an answer to my Vertigo issues.

I've been a nurse for 30 years and have worked with a number of excellent physicians. This doctor has the worst bedside manner that I have ever seen. He brings a laptop computer into the exam room and then starts firing questions at you. At one point I tried to clarify something I said, mainly because he misunderstood my answer, and he told me he wasn't interested in anything other than what he asked. In other words, he wanted me to shut up. He is rude and arrogant. I almost walked out at that point because I was so disappointed and disgusted. I am going to have the tests he ordered because they are valid tests for the problems I am experiencing but I will be going over them with a different doctor. I will not go back to his office. If you want a caring physician with some compassion who will listen to you, don't go see this one. I wish I had read the reviews before I did. I was very upset when I left. Also, I waited 45 mins. before I was seen. The office called me the… day before at 8 a.m. to remind me of my appointment. Several of the office staff were friendly and helpful. A few of them, such as his assistant, were not. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

This man is a disgrace to his profession. He cares little for his patients; and loves himself. Even thouugh he may have been born in a foreign country, he has no bedside manner or courtesy.. How was this man ever licensed to practice medicine? Gaston County deserves far bettter. No one should be subjected to such maltreatment.. His physician's assistant is far more competent than this so-called doctor.

Rude, Blunt, Forceful with his attitude. Seemed intolerant with questons. Did not seem respectful when speaking to him or asking questions, likes to over speak when talking to him. I've been a couple of times and I won't be going back!!!
