Dr. Sunil Kumar Reddy Thummala, MD

Was given a wrong diagnosis was tortured with prescribed injections and medication that left me with permanent hearing loss and facial tics.

Was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and was painfully medicated for two years until I couldn't take the pain any longer. Stopped the medication my pain mostly went away and New symptoms left. Found out the real diagnose was an autoimmune response to a medical device I had implanted. Had the device removed all original symptoms and pain gone. Just left with facial twitches from a medication side effect that he put me on.

Dr. Thummala and his team have helped me with my Mysthenia Gravis over the past 5 years. I look to him for advice for my MG and I always ask him about other problems I have. I trust him over any of my other doctors. He is so intelligent and knows so much about my condition. His staff is awesome.

I was a little skeptical when i first made appointment with his office. He certainly is the most compassionate doctor i have met so far. He listened calmly and explained his rationale for treatment. Emphasized i need to focus on treating cause not just symptom alone which apparently i was doing. No one explained like him. He is a very good teacher indeed. I am glad i went to him.

Best migraine doctor i have seen. He talks fast but understandable. I have to ask him to repeat few times. He smiled and repeated. I know lot about about migraine as i read a lot. I can that he is up to date. I was looking for new CGRP med.

Great Doctor, smart, pleasant, knowledgeable would have given him 5 stars but I have to tell anyone considering Dr. Thummala That if you ever need his help with getting dis-ability then you are out of luck. He absolutely does not want to do anything he can not bill to insurance/patient and will not back you up by filling paperwork for dis-ability. Other than that, great Doc. I had a very critical form that needed filling out and he absolutely would not do it. Had a very negative effect on my disability claim

Talks somewhat soft but very knowledgeable. Learned more about my condition than what my 2 other previous neurologists told me in the last 10 yrs. He says whenever I goto doctors I should ask many questions.

Seen this doc a few times so far. He did a lot of tests but worth it is knowing my spinal fluid pressure is not the cause of my headaches and just my electrical channels in brain. Started botox a few weeks ago. Omg, it is awesome. No headaches since botox injection. God bless Dr.T. I have seen few other neurologists before but he is the best in Frisco area.
