Recommended and performed an unnecessary procedure. I would have never known except at the follow up appointment it was apparent she had never read my file nor knew why I was there.

I brought my mom in for her appointment and was told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, only to find out the staff was on a lunch break. After waiting, we were given the paperwork, and as I was writing my mom’s name, they quickly rushed us into a room. Dr. Pudhota treated both my mom and me with complete disregard, speaking to us as if we were beneath her. She was shouting at my mom, repeating herself as though she didn’t understand, even though I had already informed her that I would be translating for my mom. At one point, she walked out of the room in the middle of our conversation while I was explaining what my mom wanted to say, then gave us an attitude as she passed through the door. After the appointment, Dr. Pudhota didn’t bother directing us to the exit, so we had to wander around the facility trying to find our way out. We eventually approached a staff member, and when I shared our experience of being mistreated, he dismissed my concerns. If you're looking… for a place where you’ll be treated with respect, I would not recommend this clinic. However, if you’re okay with being treated poorly and spoken to as if you're beneath the staff, this may be the place for you. Otherwise, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Dr. Sunitha Pudhota and her staff was wonderful!!! It was my first time doing a colonscopy screening and the procedure was so quick and painless. If you are in age group for a colonscopy screening I would highly recommend her.

The people at this office are rude! You ask for assistance they refuse to help. The customer service is horrible. I had a treatment done a few years back by Dr. Pudota and came back a second time she acted as if she’s never seen me before. I called today and spoke with Candace who is extremely rude and didn’t listen to anything I was saying and did not offer any assistance with my prescription. If I actually had the time to list all the issues with this doctor and her staff it would take all day. I will however I will be reaching out to my pcp and obgyn to stop referring women to this horrible office. I will also be completing reviews on every platform so that everyone will rethink choosing this office.

Called Dr. Pudhota to reschedule appt for colonoscopy exam and her staff was very rude. The women who answered the phone was giving me the 3rd degree with regards to canceling. Because of her attitude I have decided this is not the doctors office for me and have decided to seek another physician for my procedure.

She does such a good job explaining things in a manner that I can understand. Spends quality time with you and listens to your concerns. Wish all my doctors were this great.

Save your money for a Dr who deserves it. I went in to consult and get a prescription refill. She recommended a routine out patient procedure. I told her I couldn't right now due to finances. She agreed to refill my prescriptions and would do it after I left. I called the pharmacy and she never sent the refill. I called her office back the next day to inquire on why. They said she wanted to review my labs first. I said that's not what she told me yesterday and have her call me back. She called me back and I told her there's no problem with that..its just not what she told me yesterday so I was confused. She responded "Maybe you should find another doctor". Then hung up in my face. I was shocked. I did nothing to deserve being treated like that. I have never wrote a review on a dr but she earned it gave her my $90.00 copay and was done with me when I couldn't afford an out/patient procedure check up right now. I'm so upset that I'm looking into how to file a complaint w/the medical… board.

Terrible doctor, would not recommend anyone to get treated by this lady. She was very rude and dismissive. She came off as very selfish and in it for the money and the money only. There’s so many places with much kinder doctors that will treat you better for the same amount of time and effort you’re spending here.
