Dr. Suresh Kumar Gupta, MD

He is into lot of things, but come to patient care, he is right on the top. He will listen to your concerns then diagnoses and send to you to right Specialist. He explains the problem with diagrams, pictures and literature. I will not replace my doctor with no body beside that he has his hand in too many things.

Dr. Kupta has been seeing my father for years and has refused to tell us, or my father, what his ailment is. He simply gets paid by the government and has no interest in my father's condition or diagnosis. He is constantly rude, anxious and unprofessional.

never there for the patient.............on vacation or in India and has trouble following simple instructions

This doctor is HORRIFIC. He is always late and acts like he is a God. Simply he knows it all. Don't ever ask him any questions or he gets mad. I believe that he should enroll in some anger management classes. People, honestly if you want to live stay away from this doctor.

Iam fine with the care that I have received, my issue is the promptness of service. It is horrible, I insist that I have the first appointment of the day, but it never fails that the Doctor is generally 20 - 30 minutes late. The interesting thing is that he is never apologetic about being late. It is as if he feels that his time is more important than mine. I am vey close to taking my family's advice and changing doctors.

I chose Dr Gupta as my PCP. Incredibly easy getting an appointment. However, on my firt visit I learned why.....My appt was 10am. I arrived at 9:45 so I could fill out paperwork. There were 4 people waiting. I gave the girl my ID and Med card...and sat patiently.At 10:10 (Id been there for 25 mins and no paperwork had been given to me)...I asked the girl how many Drs are in the office. She said 1.I then asked how long it takes to see the Dr. She said normally 20 mins. So I said, You mean a 10am appt really is 10:30? And she said yes. I mentioned that Id not seen or heard Dr Gupta and she said (ready for this?!?!?!), Oh, hes not here yet. Apparently he was still on rounds at the hospital.I did NOT go ballistic.I asked for my ID and card back. Questioned whether shed processed any info (she had not)...told her Id find new a doctor...and left.Not a great way to run a business (and that IS what a Dr's office is...a business.)
