Dr. Katakkar is the most compassionate, knowledgable, kind, and intuitive physician I have ever had contact with. He is absolutely trust-worthy, patient-centered and truly practices medicine in the service of helping others. His is an innovative and brilliant thinker, finding creative solutions to individual medical issues; he has prolonged and/or saved the lives of several people I treasure as well as myself. I do not have the vocabulary to express how lucky I feel we all are to have Dr. Katakkar available to address our health concerns. As a doctor and a human being, he sets the bar quite high. He sees the person behind the diagnosis, and caringly treats both.

First I would like to clarify why there was a waiting time before seeing Dr. Katakkar. He gives every patient as much time as they need and may I say if you ask his patients they will wait forever to see him. He is worth all the waiting. I could not lie on the survey. Dr. Katakkar has been my doctor for 23 years. He is a once in lifetime doctor.He really cares about his patients and their families.He explains what your prognosis is and what plan he would like to take but, it's all up to you.He would do anything for his patients to make them better. He is a gentle and honorable man. And put yourself in the position of having cancer,he is the one for you!!!

He is very warm and caring. He researches everything he needs to know to treat you correctly. He never leaves you in the dark about your condition and what the prognosis is. His office staff is the very best!
