Dr. Suresh Kumar Khetan, MD

He does a fine job. He is patient and spends genuine time on you. I travel from a distance to see him. I have been coming for 15 years.

I have had the worst doctor's appointment I have ever had in my life! Every staff member is rude including Dr. Khetan. I don't believe this doctor should be practicing medicine anymore but he needs to retire. He doesn't listen to his patience and his above correction. He is getting old and senile. Please if you care about your health and want a quality visit do not go to Dr. Khetan. He doesn't give time to his patience. He wanted to take a urine sample, I asked why is this necessary and he said I was arguing with him. He said if I don't listen to him I can go somewhere else and that is exactly what I plan to do. What Doctor says that to his patience? He has gone crazy! Please take your healthcare elsewhere! His memory is also fading away...

-2 inches a away from my face and mocked me.-repeated everything back to me in a question , when I was stating to him Im in alot of pain and told him about it but he was in and out the room. Ignored me more then half the time.- The old from desk indian lady was rude too....she gave me an attitude as soon as I walked in ...it was horrible. I said " may I have another form to fill out I made a mistake." she responded " your wasting my time , do it right the first time..." while she was reading a magazine and the room was basically empty with only two people who were waiting before me.- Staff and doctor ...rude in and out the room, Ignored everything I said when I told them about the pain. They brushed me off and mocked me. - I went to another hospital and saw a great doctor. Saw a different doctor that actually correctly diagnosis and prescibed me the correct medicine. While this khetan doctor brushed me off ,mocked me,made me cry and repeated everything I told him about the pain and he… said everything back to me like a question...mocking me . and I said now I'm in alot of pain here and told him the details....of the accident i was in and he brushed me off ,2inches from my face mocking me. I was glade to report him!!

I'm now 43 years old and I have been going to Dr. Khetan for 23 years and counting. I first started going to him when he was at P.G. Hospital/Family Practice, and he was close to where I lived at the time. He stayed at PG for about 3 years and then told me he was getting his own practice in Takoma Park, I said Wow! Dr. Khetan that's far but I'll come and now I live even further than I did back then and he is still my doctor and my 2 daughters. He's the best and he better not ever retire.

A very conservative doctor. Listens to your complaints (illness) and gives the right prescription for you. Very caring to his patients.
