My whole experience at Advanced Concepts in Plastic Surgery in San Antonio Tx was incredible. I always knew I wanted a breast augmentation and when I met Dr Koneru I instantly knew he was the perfect surgeon for me. He listened to what I wanted and gave me suggestions that were even better than what I thought I wanted. He suggested the perfect implant size as well as a fat transfer which I never knew was possible. The recovery was very smooth and the incisions from the fat transfer are so minimal the results were incredible! I absolutely love my results I wish I got my breast augmentation sooner! From the incredible office staff to Dr. Koneru they are the best in San Antonio.

Dr. Koneru is a very talented and humble surgeon. He isn't boisterous, at all. He cares about each of his patients. He cares how each procedure turns out. His staff is welcoming, even when you have 5 million questions before, during and after your procedure. Dr. Koneru follows the rules to a t. But that is part of the reason why his infection rate is so low. The other part is how his patients are instructed to care for their surgical site(s).

The Creme De La Creme, the Best of the Best. He listens, he has an artistic vision and he performs with precision. I adore this Doctor and all that he has done for me. I could not be happier. Start to finish. I highly recommend him to be your personal plastic surgeon as he is well rounded with an abundance of education and experience. His staff too is very knowledgeable, informative and comforting. Great experience the entire 4 procedure ride.

dr and nurse at awesome, I couldn't ask for anyone more caring and efficient. I did give staff poor rating due to receptionist, linda. she is very rude, unprofessional and shows no care for dr kaneru's patients. unfortunently I have had to not scheduled to have further treatment because I am trying to avoid linda. I would love to s/w dr but linda has told me I can not he doesn't take calls and would not be able to call me back. sorry to say that because of linda dr may loose patients.

I had two "Cool Mini" treatments done for my double chin. I see a substantial difference and feel that the money was well spent with Dr. Koneru and his staff.

Dr. Suresh Koneru and his staff were very friendly and helpful before and after I had my surgery. I had breast implant removal, mastopexy and fat grafting. I'm very pleased with my results and highly recommend Dr. Koneru.

I've been going to Dr. Koneru for botox injections for over two years and I absolutely adore him and his staff Linda and Regina. They are completely and sincerely down to earth and most of all, honest. I've been to several Drs and Dr. Koneru and his staff are the friendliest and most professional people I have met. They aren't "fake" or trying to sell you something that you "need" or "must" have. He takes his time to visit and to get to know you. I highly recommend Dr. Koneru and as I said, I've been to several in the San Antonio area and he is by far my top pick.
