4 members of my family are patients of Dr. Prabhu, we have only good things to say about his professionalism and the care his staff has given us. Thank you Dr. Prabhu for caring.

All this Dr does is order blood work, spends 3 minutes with you and doesn't explain your blood work results in detail.

Offended me in less then a minute. Completely unhelpful with my condition and the look on his face was like, “what do you expect me to do about it.”

Dr. Prabhu has been my primary physician for 2 years. I have found him to be a blessing. He is an outstanding doctor. He is always present in the conversation, listens to your concerns, and asks appropriate questions to pinpoint the issue. He actually cares about your health and wants to work with you using his medical knowledge to assist you in a manner that is agreeable to you. When there are changes to your medical benefits, he shares the information with you. He provides the information and the options, but he allows you to make the decision on how you want to proceed. Dr. Prabhu is most respectful and treats you like a person and not a dollar sign. As for his office, you could not find a more respectful, knowledgeable, fun loving staff. Arrived for an 11:00 appointment at 10:45 and wasn’t seen until 12:40. Watched patients after we arrived get seen before us and leave prior to us even being seen. What’s going on?

sometimes a bad situation turns into a great situation. when, my insurance changed, my primary doctor did not carry the replacement. the agency referred me to dr. prabhu. i have been utilizing dr. prabhu practice for about one year. i found dr. prabhu to be a good listener, professional, cares about your concerns and treatment. on four occasions, i had to see the dr. without an appointment and i was instructed to come to the office. i also had some questions a few times and i called the office, the return phone call was from dr. prabhu. i applaud dr. prabhu and his practice and staff. the best. alan m. lichter

He knows his medicine and nice enough fellow, pretty good communicator but he really overbooks. You arrive 10 minutes early for your 9:00 am appointment and always find at least 6 folks ahead of you. Wait times of an hour are not uncommon. I now allow 2 hours for the visit.
