saw this Dr at the Forest Hills ED in 2018, due to a severe lower back muscle strain=attention provided was of great satisfaction & relief to the situation I presented to the ED. He explained my injury status, clear and simplified. happy to have met this Dr.

PA PADMA PERSAUD IS VERY RUDE. CONSTANTLY HANGS UP ON PATIENTS SAYING THAT SHE DOESN'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS RIGHT NOW. DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY TAKE BLOOD PRESSURE FOR PATIENT. LOOKING TO CHANGE TO A NEW PCP JUST BECAUSE OF HER. DR. RAGNAUTH DOESN'T EVEN DEFEND HIS PATIENTS WHEN HE WITNESSES HER STINK ATTITUDE.

I have been seeing Dr. Ragnauth for a bit over 2 months now. I love the service at his facility. Each visit I waited no more than 10 minutes before seeing the doctor. He fully addressed all issues in depth and was very clear on options that I had. Another thing that impressed me with him as a doctor is how easy it is to get him on the phone if needed. From my personal experience he is the best doctor I have seen in quite a while. I am so grateful to have him as my PCP.

Been a pt for years haven’t seen a dr office change so much staff since the last girl who was there for years left, the office is a mess now looks like everything seems to go wrong my chart can never be found its getting a little too much. They should have kept the girl they had before, never had any problems then

I have been a patient for years the PA is very rude and so is the staff there so unprofessional why should we be seen by these unprofessional people,every time I go there its always some new untrained people there ,the rooms smells bad.What ever happened to the girl that worked there for years kind,quite and very professional.

The wait time before seeing doctor is ridiculous. The women who work there are rude and unprofessional. The rooms are so.close together and not sound proof,making it possible for you to hear everything the patient is talking to the doctor about...EVERYTHING!

Reception very rude have to wait over an hour to be seen. Don't give message to doctor have to call for prescription 3i or 4 times before getting it need to get better staff

Good doctor. PA is very rude. Patient does not have an option regarding seeing doctor or PA. PA is too personal. Curse patient out almost to point of phyiscal alteration. doctor does not defend patient. Rooms smell of urine. Its all about money for doctor not quality of patient care.

I Have been to this office many times the DR is always leaving patients to tend to other things for long period of times which,I think is not right then he comes in a rush, writes me a prescripition with a name that is not even my name.would not recommend any one.
