I wish i could give zero starts here. Nothing good here. I suffer from small fiber neuropathy and chronic fatigue. I’m barely able to stand now and in bed a lot with fatigue. This dr. (If you would even call him that, i wouldn’t) has very little feeling or empathy. He showed very little during the visit. Moreover during the visit (which i had high hopes for waiting several months) he just ran though some standard tests and then said he will review it and get back to me. With great lack of feeling for me or competence, he still never got back to me several months later. I Decided to take a little time and use a bit of the very little energy i have today to write this. Not out of spite or vengeance, but to bring awareness and warning to anyone else like myself in desperate need of neurological care. Look elsewhere, i wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this guy. He is a shameful disgrace in the field of medicine and shouldn’t be allowed to practice. He actually needs more practice

This doctor ruined my life by failing to order the proper tests and then subsequently making an incorrect diagnosis. He then referred me to another doctor at North Shore for unnecessary surgery which ruined my life. How he is still practicing is beyond comprehension.....he gives NSLIJ a bad reputation and he should be fired before he damages more patients. Avoid at all costs.

Condescending and unprofessional. Talks down to patients. Abandoned me and failed to properly diagnose and treat. Refused to order a referral for a very severe and chronic medical problem. Office is like a factory; patients are numbers here. All reviews online are only positive ones and seem to be padded. Find a neuro who offers personalized care and attention and who will follow up on your individual needs.

He kept telling me I didn't have a very serious disease; then after 6 months, told me I did have it. I could have taken medicine to delay the onset of symptoms, but he didn't diagnose me properly.

Horrible experience! Dr makes you feel like everything is in your head. Also bases his diagnosis on records from years ago.

Sadly, my friend and I had a terrible experience with this neurologist. He treats woman as they are all neurotic. He misdiagnosed me and here I am two months later going in for surgery. My friend who was told it was just anxiety also was newly dx with MS .
