She completed a pediatric residency with the Phoenix Hospital Affiliated Pediatric Program here in Phoenix in 1981. The next three years she worked for the Maricopa Community Medicine Department before entering private practice. She belongs to the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Medical Association. Dr. Apley has been recognized in Phoenix Magazine’s “Top Docs.â€
