Dr. Susan Lorraine Ashworth, MD

Dr. Ashworth has poor diagnostic procedures, seems to care little about the patient, doesn't investigate the problem/issue well and overall acts like you are not work her time. Technical skills = C grade at best.

Fantastic dermatologist!

After my experience with Dr. Ashworth, I really questions the clarity of her medical thinking...or thinking in general. She seems really scattered, at a loss for words, lost her train of thought multiple times during my very short time face to face with her, ended up mis-spelling my name on the prescription and also forgot to sign it! I am really concerned about my safety in her care and plan to discuss this with the Department of Health, as her state of mind seems impaired!

1). Apptmt difficult to set; 2). Botched prescription (incomplete), wait time at Pharmacy, then 90'. Office ignored pharmacy efforts until patient demanded response;. 3) confirms follow-up apptmt one day, cancels the next, no alternative Dr. volunteered; 4) More botched precription to renew--very troubling for child care: Ofc personell canceling Dr. apptmt said they had NO records of the prescription, # of re-fills, or the pharmacy used!! Dr. promptly dismissed, now must seek alternative MD for child--our time is important too.

Warning! I don't recommend any foreign patients to go to this clinic. My experience the first time I thought that they'd take good care of me. After paying the bill, the doctor didn't prescribe me any medication or tell me what exactly was wrong with condition. A week later, my condition got worst. I felt that the treatment was a joke. I went back to chat with the secretary and explained my situation, but all she said was to make another appointment or leave. I was so upset that she didn't even offer any options, let alone look at me. I felt that I wasted my money the first time, why would I do it again the second time? I was very upset and demanded my money to be returned. This was an awkward atmosphere and had no respect towards their patients. This was a horrible experience!!! I would never to back to this clinic!

I agree the receptionist is rude and very short in customer service. Most of the rest of the staff is great. Dr. Ashworth is awesome, both my husband and I like her. Although I have to make an urgent appointment to be seen ASAP, my review may change about the staff.

Great doctor with a ridiculously rode person on the front desk. Not just once off either! What's going on?Get an new receptionist.
