Front staff did not schedule according to issue. When a dermatologist looks directly at the redness and rash and states I can not help you ...THAT IS A PROBLEM!!

I have no way of knowing if her diagnosis was correct, she's the doctor, I'm not. So far so good is all I can say. There was nothing for her to follow up. She's a little brusque, but very down to earth and I liked her a lot.

Came down with a bad rash...called to make an appointment and couldn't get in for 3 weeks! Called everyday to see if there were any cancellations...of course there were none. Could hardly ever talk to the staff...always a recording when you call. My appointment day arrives and I get a phone call from them cancelling my appointment due to a conflicting schedule with the doctor....no other doctor was available. Stay away from this practice!!! They are awful and the staff is rude!!!

Dr was OK. Office staff so incredibly rude. No reason for it. Dont treat you like a person. At the front desk having an argument over co pays and then saying they cant help me. I seriously thought it had to be a joke and I was on camera. Never going there again and no one I know ever will either after this.

The worst experience in a doctors office. The staff and front desk women were rude! I will never go back.

Dr. Bittenbender took her time talking to me and addressing my concerns. She did not rush to diagnose, but rather ordered further testing while treating the symptoms. I never felt rushed, which is a change from most doctors.

It took a long time to get in. When I got there I had to wait a long time before my appointment. When the nurse took me into room and took my info down I had to wait for a while for the dr to come in. She did not run enough tests and make the worng diagnoses. She treated for the problem she thought I had but this treatment but this treatment is not good for the condition i actually had. I was you unless u are going for something simple like acne I would look elsewhere.
