Dr. Susan Jane Cantor, MD

My doctor was unavailable and I was told I could see someone else at the practice. She seemed annoyed that I made the appointment with her. There was no examination and little discussion. She made me feel uncomfortable.

I found this doctor to be arrogant, rude and pompous. She talks down to you as if you are a child. Heaven bless her patients.

I saw Dr. Cantor all of once, and once was enough for me. I went to her in search for a primary physician after I aged out of seeing my pediatrician. I received a physical, and at that time I complained of having frequent migraines with pressure that pulled the muscles around one eye. The doctor was less than friendly, seemed uninterested and had no real rapport with me. She later wrote a follow up letter to the examination and labwork with a prescription that stated I was "indeed quite hypothyroid," and to make an appointment once I took the course of medication. I'm sorry, but I'm supposed take medicine for a condition that I know nothing about. At least explain things in person and not on a piece of paper. The final last straw was shortly thereafter when I developed strep throat but no longer had health coverage. I desperately needed help and the doctor refused my request for an appointment despite me offering to pay cash and told me to go to the hospital instead. She refused to… speak to me directly and relayed the message through her staff. I sincerely hope her methods have improved since my experience. I usually only review amazing doctors, but I would hare for someone else to be treated the same.

I like this doctor a lot. She's a good listener, a good diagnostician and tech savvy. She reads and responds to emails and will send refills electronically - way more convenient than mailing those 90 day refills. You'll wait months for an appt for an annual exam but not if you are ill or injured. The office wait to see the doctor is negligible.

Dr. Cantor is a really smart physician who cares about her patients and has a great bedside manner and sense of humor.

I have never in 29 years had a problem. Have there been wait times? I'm sure there have been. Has there ever in 29 years been a scheduling issue? Maybe. But she is a compassionate, caring and thorough Dr. whom I respect and refer.

Dr. Susan has been my PCP for over 10 years, and I find her knowledgeable and helpful. I am very pleased that she reaches for her script pad as a last resort.

Susan Cantor should NOT even be in practice... A horrible doctor.. Patients BEWARE
