Dr. Susan J Cheng, MD

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Susan Cheng at Arroyo Oaks Medical Associates in Thousand Oaks. I was very blessed to find her through my insurance's online portal. I had such a wonderful experience and I am so incredibly relieved to have found my new primary care provider. To begin with, the process of scheduling an appointment was incredibly easy and patient friendly. The office is located near Los Robles Hospital in a very convenient location. It is a large practice with a busy office, but my experience was very streamlined and I was taken great care of from the check in process through the end of my appointment. The medical assistant was very kind and gathered my history etc. I then had a medical resident come speak with me so she was able to get an even more detailed history. Dr. Susan Cheng then met with me and formulated an individualized treatment plan. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Cheng, she was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. Within just a few… minutes I felt so taken care of that I knew I had finally found a great primary care physician. The best part is, after the initial in person appointment, Dr. Susan Cheng offers virtual telehealth appointments which is so convenient for patients.
