Dr. Susan Michelle Crow, MD

Dr. Weiser-Crow is AWESOME! We started seeing Dr. Crow when my son was an infant. She is very friendly and extremely down to earth. She's great with my kids and even better at explaining and breaking down "medical speak" in a way that makes sense. Her office does great about following up after we've visited and they seem to genuinely care. I highly recommend her.

We've been seeing Dr. Weiser-Crow for more than a year now. She sees my toddler and baby so we see her frequently. I bring both kids to the other's appointment and it's never been a problem. She always says hi to both my kids. My 3 year old asks all the time to go see the doctor anytime he gets a minor bump. He really likes her. I think she spends enough time with us and listens attentively, when I have concerns or questions. Sometimes it is a long wait, but I think it's worth it. The office is nice and clean with separate sick and well waiting areas. I've run into a nurse who seems like she doesn't want to be there, but I guess eveyone has a bad day. The rest of the staff are kind and courteous. I always recommend Dr. Weiser-Crow to anyone who asks for a pediatrician recommendation!

My experience with well-care of my sick toddler was "rushed", overlooked and extremely "insensitive" for such a "serious diagnosis".The physician arrived in the room without addressing my toddler (at any point during the entire session); to even develop a rapport with him to give him any comfort level of his first time visit.In my opinion, I would "not" recommend this physician to anyone for the well care of their toddler. Her bedside manner is unacceptable, and I am considering filing a formal complaint with the Texas Medical Review Board.
