MD live needs to terminate the contract with this quack fake piece of ????????. A refund of my money is in effect. Don't waste your time with this so called fake doctor. Retire and stay home and water your home. STOP pretending to care for patients asking for medical help and assistance.

This doctor is very rude and refused to listen to me and would not let me tell her what my symptoms were and she was very unprofessional and uncaring. She rattled on about statistics and how my sore throat was a virus and when I told her I’ve had strep before and this feels like strep she refused to listen and continued refusing to resolve the issue. She logged my visit as being complete but she never finished the consultation!!! MDLIVE needs to look into this doctor’s unprofessional performance. The 2nd doctor helped me and gave me the meds I needed! May karma catch up with you and you find yourself in a vulnerable position and you get someone who is able to help you but ignores your plea for help Dr. Diamond.

She was EXCELLENT. Had a gout attack and she gave the most thorough explanation on the available treatments and how they synergistically can work together to provide relief. I am very impressed with her and will be requesting her again should I need medical care.

Dr. Susan Diamond, with MD Live, only wanted to diagnose me with Covid 19. We all know by now that it's an insurance scam! I have the flu, but she talked over me repeatedly and diagnosed me with Covid after a 20 second consult. She would not prescribe flu medication and went silent when I told her I will not be tested or vacinated for Covid. She rushed me off the call and then HUNG UP ON ME. This was all through MD Live (telemedicine phone call). She is very cold and dry and just wants her paycheck.

Awful provider. Awful bed side manners. Assigned to me by MedLive randomly with BCBS. I had not finish explaining anything two minutes into the call, and she started yelling was to complicated for her. No explanations, no review of information given, nothing. Why become a telemedicine provider if you lack the experience and knowledge to use technology to help others. She must get paid for hanging up on those that call .

Horribly rude!!! Who cares if this person MAY be knowledgeable... bedside manner is absolutely crap!

I called in to Teladoc with a relatively simple issue that has been a problem in and off for years. I explained the issue, Dr. Diamond called in a prescription for me and suggested I follow up with a specialist in a week. Call took less than 4 minutes. Quick and painless (except for my hurt toe).

I had a call with Susan on MDLIVE. I can't emphasize enough how much of a waste of time it was. It was like speaking with a elderly yammering bot that had malfunctioned. She was 100% useless, and provided absolutely zero insight/help/guidance, etc. The scary part was she tried to charge me $75 for a 20-second appointment, that was substanceless. You've been warned. She's a joke on two legs.

I was not impressed with this doctor at all. I told her my symptoms and then had to tell her again what my symptoms were- she was not listening. I had mentioned about fluid in my ear and she focused solely on that and I told her that my ear was not the main concern and she asked what my concern was???? OMG, I just went over all of that. I told her that this os not going well and I thank you for your time but I am terminating this call and will go to my PCP. I do not recommend her!!
