Dr. Eisenberg has given excellent care to both my husband and me. She listens well and takes time with each patient.

Dr Eisenberg has been wonderful in discussing and helping me to make the right decision on my course of treatment. She is very thorough in researching and testing before making suggestions on treatment. I really appreciate that she spends time explaining things to me.

Dr. E. seems very competent, pleasant and friendly, and has a good sense of humor. However, her office staff (Sandy) is useless and incompetent, which made it impossible for me to stay with her. I could not get her to review an abnormal test in a timely manner, could not get an urgent appointment, and when I finally did see her, she did not listen very well.

Never returns calls. No off office hours answering service.if you need help you have to call 911.dhe and her office staff does not really Care. Very difficult to make appointments .

Dr. Eisenberg is an Arrhythmia specialist. This is a very scary as well as dangerous condition for most patients.She has a wonderful way to communicating what is wrong, what needs to be done and in a manner that is reassuring. She has been there for me on several occasions and I wouldnt have wanted anyone else in charge of my life. Dr. E. has a new location in the Concord John Muir Medical center

Dr Eisenberg is thorough, efficient and caring. Great bedside manner. Very knowledgeable and communicates that knowledge in a way that is easy to understand.
