Dr. Susan P Fine, MD

Worst "healthcare" facility. Dr. Fine should be terminated for her ill attempt at scare tactics against patients and narcissistic ability to think she is God. What happened to the hippocratic oath?

I just started coming to this office and I'm so impressed. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a very nice person who, "checked me in". I had to fill out some paperwork, so I sat down and before I knew it, someone called my name and I was escorted inside. A very pleasant Medical Assistant measured my weight, and vitals then left me for the Dr. who I was seeing that day. I waited for a bit, maybe 10 minutes, then the resident came in, checked me out, looked at my throat and told me that it was probably viral, then another Dr. came in and agreed with the first one and I went home. I like this office, I called in the morning and I got in the very same day for a sore throat.

If you want a big practice feel where you rarely talk to the same doctor twice and the doctors have the residents see you and call you back--this is the place for you. Also, the office staff isn't very friendly, just okay. Not what I was used to. The residents are actually, young, pleasant and easy to deal with but since they rotate through (it's a teaching hospital) I don't know how long they stay but it's confusing. I feel that this causes a lack of follow through and communication. Some things I just thought were strange. Example: I bring my son in because he is sick with a fever, etc and the residents says okay we are going to do his physical (that's what she was told to do) because he's over due. What kid wants to have a physical when they have a fever and sore throat? My son just wanted to go home. They also mishandled the information about my daughters allergies. That's all I will say.
